UP: Sambhal Mosque, Shrine On Graveyard Get Notice

Uttar Pradesh’s Sambhal authorities have issued a 15-day notice to remove a mosque and shrine built on land officially recorded as a graveyard in Chaudhary Sarai. Tehsildar Dhirendra Pratap Singh warned of legal action if not removed. Friday market organizers must now get permission. The mosque committee wants the structures to remain.
