A special tribunal in Bangladesh issued an arrest warrant against Sheikh Hasina’s son, Sajib Wajed Joy, over alleged crimes against humanity during the July Uprising. The move comes a month after Hasina was sentenced to death. An identical warrant was also issued for former junior ICT Minister Junaid Ahmed Palak, already in custody.
