Dense Fog Grips North India, Red Alert Issued For Delhi

A thick fog has engulfed much of north India, severely disrupting daily life across several states. Dense fog conditions are affecting Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar, drastically reducing visibility on roads. The IMD issued a red alert for Delhi and orange alerts for Punjab, UP, and Uttarakhand, warning of hazardous travel conditions.
