Delhi HC Denies Request To Advance Hearing On Arvind Kejriwal’s Plea

The Delhi High Court on Friday denied Arvind Kejriwal’s request to advance the hearing of his petition challenging a trial court’s order in a money laundering case. Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri stated that the matter would be heard on Dec 20 as scheduled. Kejriwal’s counsel then requested the ED to provide a copy of their reply in advance.
