Delhi has announced strict steps as air pollution turns severe. From today, offices must follow work from home with only 50% staff onsite, except for essential services. Old non-BS6 vehicles and trucks carrying construction material are banned. Vehicles need valid PUC certificates to buy fuel or face fines up to ₹20,000. Checkpoints and police will enforce.
