Families Urged Not To Accept Air India Settlement Terms

Attorney Chuck N. Chionuma, representing 105+ Air India Flight AI-171 victims’ families, urged them not to sign the airline’s proposed settlement, calling it “problematic” for releasing Air India, manufacturers, operators, and government entities from all liabilities. Families are advised to wait for AIP data before assessing damages or signing any agreement.
