The Andhra Pradesh government has launched a pilot digital market linking farmers directly with customers. Under the initiative, farmers will set prices for fruits and vegetables, eliminating middlemen from the supply chain. Customers living within a five-kilometer radius will receive fresh produce delivered directly to their doorsteps.
