Delhi HC Quashes NHAI Notification On Lawyers’ Recruitment 

The Delhi HC quashes the NHAI notification on lawyers’ recruitment based on the CLAT-PG score. Chief Justice Devendra Kumar led this bench, and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela allowed a petition regarding this. According to the petition, a lawyer who attends for the exam will not be eligible for public employment. Only experienced persons should appeal the exam.
