A man was allegedly beaten in Bihar’s Madhubani district after being wrongly suspected of being a Bangladeshi immigrant. Police acted after a video went viral showing two youths assaulting him. The victim, a mason from Supaul, was identified, while a case for attempted murder was filed and raids are underway to arrest the accused, officials said on Friday.
