Venugopal Moves Privilege Notice Against PM Modi

Congress Leader K C Venugopal has submitted a privilege notice to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla against PM Modi, alleging he cast aspersions on MPs during his April 18 national address after the defeat of the Constitution 131st Amendment Bill in the Lok Sabha. He said Modi’s remarks targeted Opposition members and undermined Parliament authority.
