Temperatures are rising steadily in many parts of Telangana, with the highest recorded in Medak, Adilabad, Mahabubnagar, Bhadrachalam, and Nizamabad districts. The meteorological department has forecasted a further increase of 3°C in the next three days. It has advised people to avoid going out unless necessary.
