Votes for Jharkhand’s assembly elections will be counted today, with exit polls predicting a BJP-led NDA win. Voter turnout was 67.74%. The ruling JMM contested 41 seats, while BJP fought 68. The NDA is expected to win 42-47 seats, with the Mahagathbandhan gaining 25-30. Votes will also be counted for Maharashtra assembly elections, bypolls in 14 states, and Nanded and Wayanad Lok Sabha seats.
