High Court Warns Against Unapproved Movie Ticket Hikes

The Telangana High Court strongly objected to illegal movie ticket price hikes. It issued contempt notices to the Home Secretary and CV Anand for allowing higher prices for the film ‘Manashankara Vara Prasad Garu’ without court approval. The court ordered that the government must decide on any ticket price increase at least 90 days in advance.
