The Kerala govt asked oil PSUs such as IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL to relax commercial LPG restrictions amid the West Asia conflict. Priority will go to hospitals, schools, hostels, old age homes, and govt canteens. Daily stock, arrival, and distribution data must be shared with authorities. Inspections and anti-hoarding squads have been set up to prevent misuse.
