Kejriwal Says He Will Argue Recusal Plea Personally

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal addressed the Delhi High Court on his recusal plea in the excise policy case. Appearing in person, he said e-filing is not permitted for self-represented petitioners and submitted a hard copy. He sought the court’s permission to argue, saying he is ready today or later and will exercise his legal rights.
