Rahul Gandhi Approaches HC Over Varanasi Court Case

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has moved the Allahabad High Court against a Varanasi special MP-MLA court order directing a subordinate court to hear afresh an FIR application over his 2024 US remarks on Sikhs. Gandhi contends the order is “wrong, illegal, and without jurisdiction.” The case is listed for September 1 before Justice Sameer Jain.
