India Conducts Successful Rail-Based Agni-Prime Missile Test

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh announced India’s successful test of the Intermediate Range Agni-Prime Missile from a rail-based mobile launcher. With a 2,000 km range and advanced features, the first-of-its-kind launch enables cross-country mobility, rapid deployment, and places India among select nations with canisterised rail-launch capabilities.
