Low-Pressure System Forms Over Bay Of Bengal, Intensifying

Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (APSDMA) reported the formation of a low-pressure system over the southwest Bay of Bengal, with an associated cyclonic circulation. APSDMA stated that the system is expected to intensify in the next 48 hours and move northwestward toward the Tamil Nadu coast, potentially affecting the region.
