8 workers were injured, three critically, in a blast at the Indian Oil refinery in Mathura, UP, on Tuesday evening. The explosion occurred while restarting the Atmospheric Vacuum Unit, causing a sudden fire. The blast, heard kilometers away, resulted in severe burns for the workers. After initial treatment at City Hospital, they were transferred to Apollo Hospital in Delhi for specialized care.
