Ryan Routh, accused of attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump at his Florida golf course, will deliver his own closing argument in federal court. The judge has warned him it could be cut short if he breaks courtroom rules or goes off-topic. Both Routh and prosecutors have 1 hour and 45 minutes for their final statements.
