A tragic incident occurred in Chennai’s Mannady on Saturday when a man was electrocuted while attempting to withdraw money from an ATM. His lifeless body was found floating in floodwaters, still holding onto the ATM staircase. Efforts by passersby to rescue him were unsuccessful. The incident occurred as Cyclone Fengal approached the region, causing heavy rains.
