High Court To Take Up Vijay TVK’s Plea Today

Actor-turned-politician Vijay’s TVK has approached the Madras High Court seeking an independent investigation into the Karur stampede that killed 40, including women and children, and injured over 60. Advocates led by S. Arivazhagan requested referral to the CBI or a Special Investigation Team. The case is listed for hearing today at 2:15 PM.
