Application Of POSH To Political Parties, SC Asks Petitioner To Approach ECI

A petitioner sought to apply Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) to political parties. Supreme Court asked the petitioner to first approach Election Commission of India.
