Smugglers Try “Pushpa” Trick, ₹25 Lakh Drugs Seized

Police in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore busted a “Pushpa”-style smuggling bid, arresting a Punjab truck driver who hid 87 kg poppy husk inside a fake diesel tank. Acting on a tip-off, cops seized drugs worth ₹25 lakh. The accused, a repeat offender, was transporting the consignment to Punjab and police are probing a larger interstate trafficking network.
