A woman employee at TCS Nashik BPO has filed a police complaint alleging months of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior by colleagues. She accused one of repeated explicit remarks, unwanted physical contact, and forceful advances, while others allegedly made personal and offensive comments. Police have begun investigating the allegations.
