Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma will present the 2026-27 state budget today, marking his third since the Zoram People’s Movement (ZPM) came to power in December 2023. The state’s share of central taxes is set to rise over 23%, from ₹6,964.85 cr to ₹8,608.08 cr, giving the government fiscal space to fund development programmes and initiatives.
