IIT Bombay security was tightened after five live 7.65mm bullets were found in a hostel bag. Anand Chaudhary, a 23-year-old college dropout, was arrested on February 19 for keeping the cartridges in his friend Apoorva Mishra’s bag. Police are investigating a possible link to Bihar, while the hostel dispute triggered the security check.
