“Bad Boy Karthik” is an outdated and disappointing action drama that fails in both halves. Naga Shaurya and Sridevi Vijayakumar put in effort, but a weak storyline and screenplay with no contemporary touch sink the film. Emotions do not connect, and the second-half action tests patience.
