US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said the EU must ease its digital regulations to secure a deal to cut steel and aluminum tariffs. He said rolling back tech rules could unlock a “cool” metals agreement. His Brussels visit follows July’s trade pact, as both sides continue working to reduce remaining high tariffs on key industrial and agricultural goods.
