CJI Gavai Praises Indian Constitution Amid Nepal Tensions

Chief Justice of India BR Gavai today praised our constitution. He said that we are proud of our constitution and cited ongoing tensions in Nepal. He made these statements during a hearing on the Presidential Reference in the Supreme Court. Justice Vikram Nath also supported Gavai and said that tensions were also prevalent in Bangladesh.
