Women-Run Petrol Pump In TG’s Narayanpet Turns Profitable

The Bharat Petroleum petrol pump in Narayanpet district, operated by women self-help groups (SHGs), is turning a monthly profit of ₹2.5 lakh after expenses. Opened on February 21, it sells 4,000 liters of petrol and 6,000 liters of diesel daily. SERP conducted a study on this first-of-its-kind initiative and submitted a report to CM Revanth Reddy.
