Delhi HC Directs Kejriwal & K Kavitha To Respond To ED’s Plea

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday has sought responses from AAP leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal, and BRS leader K Kavitha, on the ED’s plea challenging a trial court order to provide unrelied documents in the excise policy money laundering case. Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri issued notices to all 40 accused, listing the matter for a hearing on Jan 30.
