The Supreme Court granted bail to Kashmiri separatist leader Shabir Ahmed Shah in a terror-funding case. A Bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta said detailed conditions will follow. The court had earlier criticized the NIA for weak arguments and asked it to justify Shah’s detention exceeding six years, calling for urgent review.
