Lab-grown chicken, branded as Chick Bites, has officially debuted in the UK, marking a “world first” for cruelty-free meat. Created by Meatly, it combines plant-based ingredients and cultivated chicken from a single egg sample. Available in select London stores, it’s touted as both nutritious and sustainable. The lab-grown meat for pet food, is not yet approved for human consumption.
