Cold wave conditions have intensified across Telangana, with the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre warning that severe cold is likely to persist for the next two days. Minimum temperatures may fall 2 to 3 degrees Celsius below normal. In view of prevailing weather conditions, the RMC has issued a yellow alert for 6 districts, advising people to remain cautious.
