An off-duty Air India Express pilot was accused of physically assaulting a passenger at Delhi airport after a queue dispute. The passenger shared the incident online. No formal complaint has been filed yet. Air India Express removed the pilot from duty immediately and condemned the behavior, promising appropriate action while the pilot later flew to Bengaluru.
