Swati Maliwal Case: Delhi Police Challenges Trial Court’s Directive

Delhi Police on Tuesday filed a petition challenging the trial court’s order to provide a list of unrelied documents to Bibhav Kumar, the main accused in the Swati Maliwal assault case. After presenting their arguments, Delhi Police sought more time to strengthen their case. The court scheduled the next hearing for March 11.
