Iran Neither Has Nor Needs Proxy Forces: Ayatollah Khamenei

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei denied claims that regional militant groups serve as Tehran’s proxies. He stated that groups like Hezbollah, Hamas, and Yemen’s Huthi rebels act out of faith, not as Iran’s proxies. He also said that if Iran chooses to act, it won’t need proxy forces.
