ISRO’s PSLV-C62 Mission Fails, 16 Satellites Lost

India’s space program faced a big setback as ISRO’s PSLV-C62 mission failed, resulting in the loss of all 16 satellites despite a flawless initial liftoff from Sriharikota. While the first three stages of the launch proceeded successfully, communication was lost during the fourth phase due to a technical glitch. ISRO scientists are also attempting recovery.
