Ilaiyaraaja Asked To Leave Sacred Temple Chamber

Music maestro Ilaiyaraaja was asked to leave the sacred chamber of Srivilliputhur Aandal temple in Tamil Nadu on Sunday evening. He had visited the temple to release his composition “Divya Pasuram,” accompanied by Sadagopa Ramanuja Iyer and Jeeyar. The temple authorities stopped him from entering the garbhagriha. No official statement has been issued yet regarding the incident.
