The Supreme Court today granted bail to Dr. Ajay Taware, accused of tampering with blood samples of a 17-yr-old involved in the May 19, 2024 Pune Porsche crash that killed 2 IT professionals. Citing parity with 3 earlier accused, the bench also emphasized parental responsibility in juvenile-related incidents, noting the accused had been in custody for 18 months.
