New Low-Pressure System To Bring Heavy Rains In AP, Warns APSDMA

Severe depression in the Bay of Bengal has weakened, but the AP Disaster Management Agency (APSDMA) has warned of another low-pressure formation near Ellundi on December 15. This system is expected to strengthen and move toward the Tamil Nadu coast. Moderate to heavy rains are expected in Nellore, Prakasam, and Rayalaseema districts, with APSDMA advising farmers to take precautions.
