A 73-year-old US woman was duped by a scam artist and lost least $20,000. He poised himself as an MSNBC news anchor. Patricia Taylor from Seatle had been in touch with a someone pretending to be the popular journalist Ari Melber for a month. The 73-year-old was convinced she was speaking with the Emmy winning journo. However, she was exploited by the scammer who was pretending.
