Delhi Extends EV Policy Until March 2025

Delhi Chief Minister Atishi announced on Thursday that the city’s EV policy will be extended until March 2025. Electric vehicles purchased after January 1, 2024, will receive subsidies and road tax exemptions. Following the removal of a tax waiver in August 2024, EV sales in Delhi had slowed, despite the city being one of India’s largest EV markets.
