Two Men Arrested For Performing Tongue-Splitting At A Tattoo Center

Two men arrested in Tamil Nadu’s Trichy were running an unlicensed tattoo parlor and allegedly performing a dangerous tongue-splitting procedure on a youngster without any safety equipment or medical training. The duo promoted the social media, leading to police. They were charged with endangering life and causing injury under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
