India Launches Operation Sagar Bandhu To Support Sri Lanka

The Indian Air Force has launched Operation Sagar Bandhu today. Under this initiative, the Indian Air Force has airlifted 21 tonnes of relief material, along with over 80 NDRF personnel and eight tonnes of equipment, to Sri Lanka. India has provided this support to the island nation Sri Lanka as it is witnessing devastating floods caused by Cyclone Ditwah.
