AP Intelligence ADG Mahesh has said that seven Maoists were shot dead in an exchange of fire at Maredumilli in Andhra Pradesh. He added that there are women Maoists among the killed, and the identification process is continuing. One person identified among them was Meturi Jokha Rao, alias Shankar, who belongs to Srikakulam and specialises in technical things.
