Non-FASTag Vehicles To Pay 1.25 Times Extra Toll From Nov 15

Non-FASTag vehicles paying via UPI will be charged 1.25 times more than the regular toll, instead of double, from November 15, 2025. NHAI’s FASTag Annual Pass, launched at 1,150 plazas, saw 1.4 lakh buyers on Independence Day. The change eases digital payments, promotes transparency, and encourages FASTag usage while simplifying toll collection nationwide.
