Meerut Police plan to issue red card notices to around 100 identified troublemakers with past records of disturbances during festivals ahead of Eid. The preventive measure warns that any attempt to disrupt peace will lead to strict action, including possible cases under the NSA. Coordination with 544 mosques and 146 Eidgahs ensures prayers remain orderly.
