1-Year-Old Becomes Youngest Indian To Swim 100 Meters

A one-year-nine-month-old girl, Veda Paresh from Ratnagiri, set a national record by becoming the youngest child to swim 100 meters. She completed four laps in 10 minutes and 8 seconds at a municipal pool, earning recognition from the India Book of Records. Another young swimmer, 10-year-old Aanvi Suvarna, recently swam 17 km in open water.
